This is how our Premium Genil Mill is obtained, packed in a dark bottle in order to preserve the purity of its flavour and the colour of the best olive juice.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino del Genil Premium is obtained from the best tastings of our oils after a cold extraction, combining the olfactory and organoleptic sensations of the Arbequina variety, with the stability and delicacy of the Picual one, acquiring a fruity product green as a whole, with nuances of herbs, green leaves, apple and a slight bitter taste at the end. 50% Arbequina and 50 % Picual, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ideal for raw consumption, dressing and frying.
This variety has a classic itching or throat bitterness. On account of its high stability at high temperature, it is perfect for raw consumption in salad, and for frying.
